Projects & Collabs
RE_CONSIDERED has partnered with several businesses and organisations to create product collections and interior fit-outs from their waste streams. We're a dynamic team with design and engineering expertise, dedicated to finding solutions to the waste created in the retail space and fashion manufacturing chain.

Furniture design
The Sashimono Stool
Co-designed with FibreLab and Matter Forms, the Sashimono Stool is inspired by the Japanese joinery technique, weighing a hefty 25kg and made out of monochrome cotton textiles.

Denim Boards
In collaboration with FibreLab, we created a series of 700mm x 500mm panels for a denim atelier in Soho who are using them to create shop fit out furniture such as desks and shelving units.

Conservation Waste into Jewellery
V&A Museum
Sarah Sevier (Head of Retail), V&A comments, “We are delighted to be working with Re_considered on this range of unique jewellery. Each piece has been created using fabric scraps from the V&A’s world-leading textile conservation department, the perfect way to wear the V&A.”

Paper waste jewellery
Kew Gardens
Our project with the Royal Botanical Gardens (Kew, London) involved experimenting with paper waste (a deviation from the original Fabreco material made from textiles).
Postcard waste from the Kew Gardens shop has been turned into a sophisticated range of Fabreco jewellery. The collection includes chunky charm necklaces, earrings, and cufflinks.
